Removal and installation of the working cylinder of coupling

 REMOVAL

1. Only if the hydrowire was disconnected: Suck away a brake liquid from the tank before pipeline joining.

The brake liquid is poisonous. Do not suck away her mouth through a hose.

2. Lift and establish the car on supports. Disconnect the bottom guard of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.

3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the working cylinder with РКПП.

4. Turn away a hydrowire.

If the working cylinder is not replaced on new, do not disconnect a hydrowire.


 INSTALLATION

1. Clear a rod of the working cylinder and slightly grease with greasing Molykote Longtherm 2.

2. Establish the cylinder on a check point and fix its moment of 25 Nanometers.
3. Fix a hydrowire on the working cylinder the moment of 15 Nanometers. Fill system with a liquid. Remove from system air.
4. Establish and fix the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.
