Removal and installation of the lever of a cross-section suspension bracket

After installation of a forward suspension bracket it is necessary to check up its geometrical parametres. |
|
1. Mark with a paint position of forward wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it отбалансированное the wheel will occupy the former position. Ослабьте bolts of fastening of a wheel on the standing car. Lift and establish the car on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove the bottom guard of an impellent compartment. |
3. Turn away fastening bolts (arrows on an accompanying illustration) and remove the cross-section lever from a forward beam. |

4. Выпрессуйте шаровый the hinge on a rotary support.
|
|
|
1. Clear шаровый a finger of the hinge and an aperture in a rotary support (remove greasing traces). |
2. Establish шаровый the hinge. Put a washer (3) and screw a new self-stopped nut (2). Tighten its moment of 80 Nanometers.
3. Connect the cross-section lever a bolt (1) to a beam of a forward suspension bracket. A nut do not tighten. |

4. Fix forward wheels. Bolts of fastening of wheels with oil do not grease. Establish wheels so that the marks put earlier have coincided. Lower the car on wheels. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
5. Establish the car in normal position. Following conditions should be for this purpose satisfied:
a) the Car should stand on wheels.
b) Forward seats should be on the average position.
c) Each seat should have loading of 68 kg.
d) On back сиденьи in the centre there should be a cargo in weight of 68 kg.
e) In the luggage carrier centre there should be a cargo in weight of 21 kg.
f) the Fuel tank should be completely filled.
6. Fix the cross-section lever on a beam of a forward suspension bracket following moments:
• the 6-cylinder engine: 81 Nanometers,
• the 8-cylinder engine: 77.5 Nanometers.
7. Establish the bottom guard of an impellent compartment. |
