6. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove sideways a peak of a forward wheel casing (1).

7. Turn away bolts of fastening of an internal wing. Take out clips, preliminary having beaten out pins оправкой inside. If pins have a cap, at first take out pins a screw-driver, and then remove a clip. Remove an internal wing.

8. Отболтите a wing from a rack And.

9. Disconnect an internal wing from a car rack.

10. Open a door and through a backlash turn away a fastening bolt to a car rack.

11. Turn out the top back bolt (the marksman on an accompanying illustration).

12. Turn out the top bolts of fastening (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) a wing.

13. Mark with a felt-tip pen position of a loop of a cowl.
14. Fix a cowl so that after отворачивания fastening bolts on a wing not to damage adjoining details of a body and a windscreen.

15. Ослабьте a bolt (1), a bolt (2) turn out.

16. The wing strongly sits owing to presence of a protective anticorrosive covering of the bottom of a body. Therefore the hair dryer creating temperature not less + 400С is necessary for its removal.
17. Soften the hair dryer with a flat nozzle the top and bottom areas of the bottom of a body. Then remove from below in forward area прилегания covered a sheeting. Especially important it to make in this area, otherwise the wing at removal can be deformed.
18. Remove a wing.

1. Clear adjoining surfaces of a wing. If necessary отрихтуйте a wing.
2. Impose on adjoining surfaces a usual sealing tape for a wing.
3. If necessary restore a paint and varnish covering.
4. Put a wing, approximately expose it and wrap fastening bolts, without tightening them.
5. Establish a cowl and fix its bolts, address to Section Removal and cowl installation.
6. Expose a wing. Watch dense landing of consolidation around a headlight. Watch a uniform backlash on relations to a door and a cowl, address to Razdelu Kuzovnye backlashes.
7. Tighten all bolts of fastening of a wing.
8. Put on an inside covered a sheeting.
9. Fix holders of a bumper.
10. Fix internally a wing and a peak of a casing of a forward wheel. Insert clips and enter pins.
11. Fix bolts a forward wheel. Do not oil bolts or plastic greasing. Establish a wheel so that the marks put at removal have coincided. Lower the car on wheels. Tighten bolts of fastening of wheels cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
12. Insert the top sealant of a wing.
13. Establish the top protection of edges.
14. Fix from above a headlight peak.
15. Establish lateral repeaters of turns, address to Section Replacement of lamps накаливания.
16. Establish on a wing an overlay.
