Check of the electric motor of a screen wiper
The screen wiper electric motor is in the tank under a windscreen. For electric motor check it is necessary to uncover the tank.
Designation of plugs
Plugs on electric motors have following designations:
a) the Plug 31, weight connection (the general designation of weight in the car)
b) the Plug 53 checks pressure of the first speed of a screen wiper.
c) the Plug 53 and gives pressure (+) for final position of a screen wiper.
The electric motor receives pressure through mobile contact until the cleaner does not reach position after deenergizing by the driver of a cleaner.
d) the Plug 53 b submits pressure for the second speed of a cleaner.
e) the Plug 53 е provides electric motor braking at return after switching-off that the cleaner did not run out through parking position.
Check
It is preliminary necessary to find out, where malfunction in the electric motor or food giving.

1. Расстыкуйте штекерное electric motor connection.
2. Two auxiliary wires submit pressure (+) and (-) from the storage battery to the screen wiper electric motor:
a) One wire from the positive plug of the storage battery to the plug 53 or 53 b.
b) Other wire from the negative plug of the storage battery to the plug 31 electric motors of a screen wiper.
3. Now the electric motor depending on connection should work at the first or second step. If the electric motor does not work, the electric motor or a corresponding step is faulty. Remove the electric motor, address to Section Removal and installation of the electric motor of a screen wiper. |
