BMW 5 series E39

1. Uncover air intake, address to Section Removal and installation of a drive of a screen wiper/cover.
2. Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of a brake from the inlet pipeline, instead of from the amplifier. For hose removal the appendix of some effort is required.

3. Uncover a jellied branch pipe of a fuel tank. Turn on a screw-driver (arrows on an accompanying illustration) small covers and turn away screws being under them. Remove two plastic facings.

4. Расстыкуйте штекерные connections of the gauge of oxygen. Расстыкуйте the tip of electromagnetic valve VANOS. Address to an accompanying illustration.

5. Remove штекерную a lath and take her aside.

6. Uncover at the inlet pipeline. Turn away a positive reference point (1) and compress two clips (arrows on an accompanying illustration). Disconnect a socle.

7. Remove a ventilation branch pipe in the top part of the block of cylinders. Address to an accompanying illustration.

Do not smoke. There is a danger of ignition! Wipe following fuel a rag. Disconnect at first the pipeline of giving (1) (from the filter), then the pipeline of return of fuel (2) at a distributive highway. For this purpose open collars. At assemblage it is necessary to replace collars.

8. Disconnect a branch pipe throttle заслонки, address to Section Removal and installation of a branch pipe throttle заслонки.

Do not disconnect a drive of gas and hoses of a cooling liquid.

9. Disconnect a hose of return of oil at a directing pipe of the index of level of oil, preliminary having opened a collar. Address to an accompanying illustration.

10. Turn away directing pipe of the index of level.

11. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a support of the inlet pipeline and a square of a hose of a cooling liquid of the inlet pipeline. Address to an accompanying illustration.

12. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection (1) at the valve of ventilation of a fuel tank. Take out the valve upward from the holder. Press a collar (2) and disconnect a hose. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection of the gauge of temperature of soaked up air and the valve of idling at the inlet pipeline. Address to an accompanying illustration.

13. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the inlet pipeline from a head of cylinders.

Watch that any subjects have not got to inlet channels. It can lead to heavy damages of the engine.

1. Establish the inlet pipeline on a head of cylinders and in regular intervals cross-wise tighten bolts of its fastening. Before installation it is necessary to check up all sealing rings (arrows on an accompanying illustration). In the presence of damages replace rings.

2. Fix a support of the inlet pipeline.
3. Join штекерные connections of the gauge of temperature of soaked up air and the valve of adjustment of idling.
4. Insert the valve of ventilation of a fuel tank and put on a hose.
5. Fix a socle of a positive reference point on the inlet pipeline and screw шестигранник. Fix a cover.
6. Fix on the inlet pipeline directing pipe of the index of level of oil.
7. Put on directing pipe of the index of level a hose of return of oil, fix its collar.
8. Establish a branch pipe throttle заслонки, address to Section Removal and installation of a branch pipe throttle заслонки.
9. Put on a distributive highway hoses of giving and fuel return. Establish new sealing rings and collars, address to subsection "Removal".
10. Fix the ventilation pipeline in the bottom part of the block of cylinders.
11. Join штекерные connections of the gauge of oxygen and electromagnetic valve VANOS.
12. Establish штекерную a lath of valves of injection.
13. Fix a vacuum hose of the amplifier of a brake on the inlet pipeline.
14. Fix two covers of the engine. Put on caps of bolts.
15. Fix a cover on a jellied branch pipe of oil.
16 Establish an air intake cover, address to Section Removal and installation of a drive of a screen wiper/cover.
