5. Remove a hose of return of oil from an oil separator at a directing pipe of the index of level of oil. For this purpose open a collar. Address to an accompanying illustration.

6. Turn away directing pipe of the index of level of oil at the holder, (the bolt (14), see иллюстр. In the subsection beginning). Take out a pipe upward from the pallet картера. Pay attention to a sealing ring.

15. Bring under a beam of a forward suspension bracket a garage jack. On an illustration special tool BMW is shown. Address to an accompanying illustration.

16. Turn away bolts of fastening of a beam of a forward suspension bracket and lower it as it is possible more low, address to Section Removal and installation of a beam of a forward suspension bracket.

It is not necessary to turn on bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism and the steering lever from a beam of a forward suspension bracket.

17. Turn away bolts of fastening of the pallet картера in front and behind.

18. Lower the pallet картера and take out it back.

If картера it is impossible to take out the pallet, disconnect press draught at the left and on the right at the stabilizer and still lower a beam of a forward suspension bracket, address to Section Removal and installation of a beam of a forward suspension bracket.

1. Clear sealing surfaces of the pallet картера and the block of cylinders.

6. Fix маслопроводы if they are available, in holders for the pallet картера.
7. Insert directing pipe of the index of level of oil with a sealing ring and wrap it. The damaged ring necessarily replace with the new.
8. Fix a collar a hose of return of oil of an oil separator at a directing pipe of the index of level of oil.
9. Join штекерное connection of the gauge of a reserve it is small and fix it.
10. Fix stabilizer bars.
11. Raise a beam of a forward suspension bracket and fix it, address to Section Removal and installation of a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
12. Fix a steering shaft at the steering mechanism. Tightening a bolt tighten the moment of 20 Nanometers.
13. Lower the engine, take the crane aside. Fix both support of the engine the moment of 45 Nanometers.

14. Establish the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel, address to Section hydropump Fastening.
15. Fill system with oil. On the index of level of oil there are two marks min and max. The difference in oil volumes between marks makes 1 l.
16. Lower the car on wheels.
17. Establish the fan, address to Section Removal and installation of the case of the air filter and a measuring instrument of weight of air.
18. Attach a negative cable to the storage battery. Establish hours. Program radio receiver stations.
19. Check up tightness of the pallet картера, having passed on the car. If necessary cautiously tighten fastening bolts.
20. Fix the bottom facing of an impellent compartment.
