Removal and radiator installation
In the course of long operation of the car channels in a radiator can be narrowed as a result of adjournment to exhaust, containing in a cooling liquid. Thereof efficiency of process of cooling and the engine sharply decreases overheats. In this case it is necessary to change a radiator.
If oil has got to a radiator, for example, owing to defect of a sealing lining of a head of cylinders, it is necessary to remove and wash out a radiator and a broad tank after repair by a cleaner. For this purpose it is required about 2 l of a cleaner. After radiator installation it is necessary to fill some times all system of cooling with hot water and to merge it. Water after system washing should be utilised in appropriate way.

| 1. Remove the fan, address to Section Removal and installation of the fan and муфты the fan.
2. Merge cooling liquid and utilise it, address to Section Replacement of a liquid of system of cooling. Check of frost resistance of a cooler. Visual check of system of cooling. |
3. Remove hoses of a cooling liquid of the big diameter from above and from below a radiator, preliminary having opened collars. Address to an accompanying illustration.

4. Disconnect a cable from the gauge of level (13) at the left below at a radiator. Address to an illustration before the table.
5. In the presence of the conditioner расстыкуйте штекерное connection of the thermorelay (10) on the right at a radiator. |
6. Remove hoses of an oil radiator (if it is available) АТ for a radiator. Collect the flowed out oil and utilise it. Hoses close, that the dirt has not got to them. Address to an accompanying illustration.
| | Radiators of the hydraulic booster of a wheel, the conditioner and, as a rule, АТ are before an engine radiator in the holder. For removal of these radiators it is necessary to remove an engine radiator preliminary. It is necessary to open a contour of cooling of the conditioner only on HUNDRED with application of special means. There is a danger of accident. |

7. Remove a sealing uvula (1) upward. Turn away bolts (2) at the left and on the right. Remove both holders of a radiator (3). Address to an accompanying illustration. |

8. Take out a radiator upward.
| | Radiator plates have sharp edges. Therefore for radiator removal it is recommended to use mittens. |
