Removal, check and installation of the valve of adjustment of idling
The valve of adjustment of idling is located at the inlet pipeline and connected by a hose to forward and back parts of a branch pipe throttle заслонки.
| | For check of working capacity of the valve put a hand on the valve. At the working engine the valve should vibrate owing to clock giving of pressure. |

| 1. Remove a hose of soaked up air from a branch pipe throttle заслонки, preliminary having opened a collar.
2. Disconnect a branch pipe throttle заслонки, address to Section Removal and installation of a branch pipe throttle заслонки.
| | Do not disconnect a cable and hoses of a cooling liquid. |
|
3. Turn away directing pipe of the index of level of oil at the holder. |
|
4. Turn away two bolts of fastening of the valve of adjustment at the soaking up pipeline and take out the valve downwards. |
|
5. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection of the valve of adjustment of idling, having compressed a wire clip. Remove a sealing ring and a rubber collar. Disconnect a hose. |

Resistance check
|
1. Attach an ohmmeter to tags of the valve of adjustment and check up resistance. Demanded value: (Address to an accompanying illustration).
• the Plug 1 and 3: 40 5 Ohm;
• the Plug 2 and 1 or 2 and 3: 20 5 Ohm. |

Dynamic check
|
| 1. Attach tips. |
2. Completely open or close by hand the valve handle. |
|
3. Include ignition. The handle should close cross-section section of the valve half approximately. |
|
|
1. Fix a hose a collar on the management valve. The sealing ring is necessarily replaced with the new. For simplification of installation of a sealing ring grease the case of the valve with vaseline.
2. Insert the valve of management and fix it. Fix the index of level of oil.
3. Join штекерное connection at the valve, address to Section Removal and installation of a branch pipe throttle заслонки.
4. Put on soaking up hose and fix its collar.
5. Consider contents of memory of malfunctions. After elimination of malfunctions clear memory. |
