Coupling

The general information

On considered models one-disk dry coupling with диафрагменной a spring is established.

Coupling in the car carries out two problems: at inclusion of any transfer separates power communication between the engine and a check point, and, at трогании from a place, provides frictional проскальзывание, excluding movement by jerks.

Coupling consists of a basket with the press disk, a conducted disk and the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling.

The coupling basket is connected by bolts with a flywheel which is in turn fixed on a flange of a cranked shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted disk of coupling is centered with primary shaft of a check point.

By pressing a pedal of coupling the bearing of deenergizing of coupling through a hydrodrive and the lever presses a spring of a basket of coupling. Thereof the disk and a conducted disk is released press does not nestle any more on a flywheel. Power communication between the engine and a check point stops.

At all models a drive of coupling the hydraulic. The coupling hydrosystem is supplied through the general tank with a liquid of brake system.

At each inclusion and coupling deenergizing the frictional surface of a conducted disk partially wears out. The conducted disk is a wearing out detail. However term of its service makes over 100 000 km of run. Deterioration basically depends on loading (operation with the trailer) and character of driving. Coupling does not demand service. It self-established.
