Removal, installation and coupling check

 REMOVAL

1. Remove a check point, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.

2. Block a flywheel on a gear wreath a screw-driver and оправкой or the special tool (1). Turn away bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling consistently on 1 - 1 1/2 turns so that to weaken pressure.

If all bolts of fastening turn away at once, it can lead to damage of press springs and pins.

3. Completely turn out all bolts.
4. Take out a basket and a conducted disk of coupling.

Do not drop a basket and a conducted disk. It can lead after assemblage to proslipping and difficulties at coupling deenergizing.

5. Wipe a flywheel.


 CHECK

1. Check up press a disk on presence of places of an overheat and задиров.

2. Check up integrity of press springs (an arrow on an accompanying illustration)

3. Check up elastic connection between a press disk and a cover on presence задиров. Check up reliability заклепочных connections. The coupling having damaged or weak заклепочные connections, it is necessary to replace.

4. Check up an adjoining surface of a press disk on presence of cracks, overheat and deterioration places. Press the disk, which surface has a deflection inside to 0.3 mm, can be established again into place. Check is carried out by means of a ruler and щупа.

5. Check up a flywheel on presence of places of an overheat and задиров. If necessary replace. After each dismantling establish new микрокапсюлированные bolts. If the flywheel is established old, replace fastening bolts if oil acts. A flywheel fix bolts cross-wise the moment of 105 Nanometers.
6. Smooth out press a disk and a flywheel a small emery paper.
7. The greasy or having mechanical damages a conducted disk replace with the new.
8. Cautiously clamp a coupling overlay in a vice and measure a thickness by a calliper. The minimum thickness should be not less presented in Specifications. Otherwise replace a coupling disk. The same is necessary for making in the presence of cracks.
9. In repair trucks the conducted disk is checked on palpation. Face palpation of a disk should not exceed 0.5 mm.

This check is necessary only when the old disk is established and there were difficulties with coupling deenergizing.

10. Remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling from a pipe on a check point and check up, address to Section Removal and installation of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling.

11. Check up ease of a course of the roller bearing in cranked to a shaft. If necessary take the bearing a stripper and replace it with the new.

Installation

Before installation of new coupling remove solvent a sheeting of a frictional surface of a press disk and in need of a flywheel.


 INSTALLATION

1. Establish a conducted disk (2) and a basket with a press disk (3) on a flywheel (1).

The flat surface of a conducted disk should look towards a press disk. The conducted disk has marks “Getriebeseite” (the check point Party). The inscription at installation should be visible. A basket establish on corresponding pins.

2. The conducted disk at installation should be aligned corresponding оправкой (1) (for example, HAZET № 2174) or old primary shaft of a check point.

3. Consistently tighten bolts of fastening of a basket on 1 - 1 1/2 turns so that press the disk has been pressed. Watch that the basket at an inhaling of bolts in regular intervals nestled on a flywheel. The inhaling moment depends on a class of durability of bolts which is beaten out on a head: bolts М8 have a class “8.8”, the moment of an inhaling for them of 25 Nanometers, a class “10.9” is tightened by the moment of 35 Nanometers.
4. Take out aligning tool.
5. If the stopper on a flywheel was established, take out it.

6. Grease шлицевые grooves of a primary shaft with a thin layer greasing “Microlube GL 261”. Do not impose too much greasing, differently it can get on frictional surfaces of coupling that will lead to infringements in its work.

7. Establish a check point, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.
