BMW 5 series E39

1. Remove a check point, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.

2. Remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling (1) from primary shaft РКПП. Take out the lever of deenergizing (4) of скобы (5).

3. Check up a hand the bearing of deenergizing of coupling. For this purpose slightly compress it and turn. It should rotate easily. Otherwise replace it.

1. Clear the lever and slightly grease with greasing Molykote Longtherm of 2 surfaces of sliding (F).

2. If скоба (5) and шаровый (6) damages have a finger, replace them.

At РКПП S6S 420G скоба and шаровый a finger should be replaced necessarily. Type РКПП is specified in the bottom line of a designation. The designation can be on following places: below in centre RKPP, in the bottom of a casing and on extension piece RKPP on the left side.

3. Wipe directing plug (7). Do not grease the plug with greasing. Otherwise the bearing can заедать on the plug.

4. Put on the lever of deenergizing of coupling with the bearing primary shaft РКПП and fix скобой.

5. Clear surfaces of sliding (2) bearings. Do not wash out its gasoline. Surfaces of sliding (2) bearings should adjoin to surfaces of sliding (3) levers, see иллюстр. 4.2.

7. Establish РКПП, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.
