Cooling system

The engine is equipped by circulating system of cooling with thermostatic regulation. While the engine is not heated-up, the cooling liquid circulates only in a head and the block of cylinders, and at open heating - in the heat exchanger. At increase of temperature of a cooling liquid the thermostat opens the big contour of cooling and a liquid arrives in a radiator, passing it from top to down and is cooled by air passing through it. The pump of a cooling liquid is set in motion клиновым by an engine belt.

On a shaft of the pump of a cooling liquid the fan is fixed. The fan provides cooling of a radiator by air. In the fan is вязкостная муфта. At achievement by air going from a radiator, temperatures 90С in вязкостной муфте are worked by a bimetallic plate and connects the fan. After that the fan rotates with number of turns of the engine and provides the raised heat exchange until the temperature of cooling air will not fall more low +60С. After that it is disconnected вязкостная муфта and reduces number of turns of the fan.

Thanks to partial connection of the fan useful capacity of the engine raises and the fuel expense decreases.

At разогретом the engine before opening of a cover of a radiator put on it a thick rag to exclude a burn owing to emission of a hot liquid and steam. There is a danger of accident. The cover can be opened only at temperature of a cooling liquid more low +90С.

Chemical теплоаккумулятор

On some models can be established chemical теплоаккумулятор. It accumulates warmly cooling liquid, giving it later at start of the cold engine. Thanks to it heating of salon faster works and heat loss in atmosphere is reduced. Time necessary for warming up of salon and the engine is essentially reduced.

Теплоаккумулятор consists of well isolated store in parallel connected to system of cooling of the engine and located around feet of the forward passenger. Depending on necessity, it takes away or gives to warmly cooling liquid. The stream of a cooling liquid, in the course of work, automatically copes various electromagnetic valves.

The principle of its work is based on use of heat which is liberated at transformation of a non-polluting hydrochloric mix from a liquid state in the firm. To similarly warmth of thawing of ice there is a warmth accumulation разогретого the engine as a result сжижения a hydrochloric mix.

Thus, the thermal accumulator raises traffic safety and comfortableness of the car, without leading to occurrence of additional loading on environment.

The accumulator does not demand service as management of it is incurred by electronics.

Realisation of this function is possible only at temperature of external air not above +15С, at the heated-up engine to working temperature, and also sufficient pressure of the accumulator.
