Removal and installation of a branch pipe throttle заслонки
The branch pipe of the throttle consists of a forward part for ASC+T adjustment and the main branch pipe. ASC+T, address to Section Antiblocking system.
|
1. Расстыкуйте штекерные connections (1) and (2). Thus compress a wire stopper.
2. Close ASC+T the lever throttle заслонки (3) to unload a cable nipple. Take out a nipple from a segment.
3. Remove a ventilation hose картера below at a soaking up hose.
4. Open a collar (4) at a soaking up hose and remove a hose. |

5. Turn away screws in points (2) and remove a branch pipe. Address to an accompanying illustration.
6 Turn away screws (1) and remove the prorate.

| In the presence of damages replace consolidation (3) and before installation grease with vaseline or the greasing which is not containing acids. |

|
6. Close the lever throttle заслонки to unload a cable nipple. Take out a nipple (2) of a segment. Take out a cover of a cable from a support (1). |

6. Remove hoses of a cooling liquid of heating throttle заслонки at a branch pipe. For this purpose open collars.
| | For gathering of a following liquid substitute capacity. The cooling liquid should be utilised in special way. |

6. Turn away bolts and remove a branch pipe with a lining. The lining is always replaced with the new. Address to an accompanying illustration. |
|
|
|
1. Fix a branch pipe with a new lining.
2. Fix hoses of a cooling liquid collars. Fill system with a liquid, address to Section Replacement of a liquid of system of cooling. Check of frost resistance of a cooler. Visual check of system of cooling.
3. Attach a cable and adjust it, address to Section Adjustment of a drive of gas.
4. Fix the prorate and the case throttle заслонки ASC+T. Do not forget a lining (1), see иллюстр. In subsection "Removal". Fix soaking up hose.
5. Connect cable ASC+T. The cable in a starting position should have люфт 0.5 - 1.0 mm. Otherwise adjust a support.
6. Join штекерные connections. Check up, that they were fixed.
7. Consider the information of the block of memory of malfunctions. After elimination of malfunctions clear memory. |
