Турбокомпрессор

The engine is equipped турбокомпрессором. Турбокомпрессор has two turbine wheels, being in separate cases. Rotation турбокомпрессора is carried out from energy of the fulfilled gases. Angular speed of rotation reaches 120 000 rpm.

Thanks to that that in cylinders moves большее quantity of air, capacity of the engine raises to 100 %. Pressure of air of pressurisation makes from 0.4 to 0.8 bar (pressure of air in tyres makes nearby 1.8 bar). If pressure of air raises more established size, the safety valve opens.

Along with increase in capacity of the engine its twisting moment raises also that favorably affects its elasticity. Unlike the petrol engine diesel thanks to high degree of compression allows to use effectively fuel in the field of low numbers of turns.

Турбокомпрессор represents a high-precision design. Therefore its repair should be carried out only by experts. As has imparted, at damage турбокомпрессора it is completely replaced.

Greasing турбокомпрессора is carried out from system of greasing of the engine. For maintenance of reliable greasing турбокомпрессора it is necessary to meet following conditions:
   a) it is necessary to apply only recommended impellent oil.
   b) Old impellent oil can lead закоксовыванию a supercharger. Therefore impellent oil and the oil filter should be replaced in due time.
   c) Hit even small pollution can lead to damage of a supercharger. Therefore it is not necessary to maintain the engine without the air filter.
