Removal and installation of atomizers

Damages of atomizers can lead to a detonation of the engine and damage of bearings. For atomizer troubleshooting it is necessary to turn on one after another накидные nuts of bringing pipelines of a high pressure. If at отворачивании the next nut knock stops, the damaged atomizer is found. To check up atomizers it is possible by means of the special device.

Signs of a faulty atomizer the following:
   a) Absence of ignition of fuel in the cylinder.
   b) Knock in one or several cylinders.
   c) an engine Overheat.
   d) excessively dense black exhaust.
   e) Decrease in capacity of the engine. The raised expense of fuel.
   f) the Dense dark blue exhaust at the cold engine.

 REMOVAL

1. Clear pipelines of injection by an autocleaner to exclude hit of pollution at system opening.

2. Remove the inlet pipeline, address to Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.

3. Disconnect топливопроводы a high pressure at atomizers and ТНВД by means of a key (1), for example HAZET 4550. Address to an accompanying illustration.

Do not change the form of pipelines. Apertures of atomizers and ТНВД put on caps for protection against dirt hit.

4. If holders of pipelines act in film, preliminary mark their position by a felt-tip pen. Address to an accompanying illustration.

5. Disconnect cautiously drainage pipes from atomizers.

6. Remove atomizers by means of a head of 27 mm, for example HAZET 4555-1. Atomizers are protected from below by caps.

Watch that atomizers have not fallen. Besides, at an atomizer of 4th cylinder disconnect a cable of the built in gauge of the beginning of injection. All atomizers establish on the former places.

7. Take out heat-shielding linings.


 INSTALLATION

1. Heat-shielding linings of atomizers are always established the new. Deepening of linings should look upward. The arrow on an illustration shows towards a head of cylinders.

2. Screw atomizers and fix their moment offered by Specifications.

3. Fix pipelines the demanded moment.

4. Put on drainage hoses.

5. Attach a cable of the gauge of the beginning of giving of fuel to an atomizer of 4th cylinder.

6. According to marks fix скобы if they acted in film.

7. Establish a vacuum hose of the amplifier of a brake at the holder of a head of cylinders.

8. Establish the inlet pipeline, address to Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.

9. Start the engine and check up tightness of fuel system.
