System рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (system EGR)

The fuel system of the diesel engine is equipped by system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (system EGR), allowing to lower in the fulfilled gases the maintenance of oxides of nitrogen dangerous to environment (N0x). With that end in view the part of the fulfilled gases moves back in chambers of combustion of the engine that reduces temperature of combustion and, as consequence, the maintenance of harmful substances.

The system copes block DDE which regulates quantity of injected fuel and processes signals of the gauge of a pedal of gas, the gauge of number of turns, the gauge of atmospheric pressure and temperature of a cooling liquid. The management block through the vacuum valve regulates a vacuum impulse to valve EGR and watches a correct dosage рециркуляции the fulfilled gases. Valve EGR is in a final collector. At low temperature of a cooling liquid and necessity of increase of capacity of the engine, the fulfilled gases are not recycled. The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases does not demand leaving.
