Removal and installation of the bearing of a wheel

If at turns, especially abrupt, from area of an arrangement of a wheel external in relation to turn noise is heard, it specifies in damage of the bearing of a wheel.


 REMOVAL

1. Remove a brake disk, address to Section Removal and installation of a brake disk/support of a forward brake.

 

2. Disconnect pulse gauge ABS (1). Address to an accompanying illustration.
3. Remove a tip of steering draught from a rotary support, address to Section Removal and installation of a tip of steering draught.
4. Turn away the bottom bolt of fastening 3/4. Remove a rotary fist (5) downwards from an amortisation rack. If necessary put marks of position of a rack, address to Section Removal and installation of an amortisation rack.
5. Turn out 4 bolts (8) and remove the bearing (6) from a rotary fist.


 INSTALLATION

1. Clear adjoining surfaces of the bearing of a wheel and a rotary fist, and also carving apertures. Remove greasing traces.
2. Establish the bearing and fix its new self-stopped bolts the moment of 110 Nanometers.
3. Establish a rotary fist upwards, on a rack against the stop that preliminary put labels have coincided.
4. Insert tightening a bolt and tighten with a self-stopped nut effort of 80 Nanometers.
5. Establish on a rotary support a head of steering draught, address to Section Removal and installation of a tip of steering draught.
6. Fix pulse gauge ABS.
7. Establish a brake disk, address to Section Removal and installation of a brake disk/support of a forward brake.
