Removal and installation of a brake disk / of a support of a forward brake

If the support is disconnected only for removal of a brake disk, do not disconnect a brake hose. Otherwise after installation air should be removed from system. A support suspend on a wire so that not to overwind a hose and not to pull it.

REMOVAL

1. Mark with a paint position of a wheel concerning a nave. Thanks to it отбалансированное the wheel can be established in former position. Turn away bolts of fastening of a wheel on the car standing on the earth. Lift and establish the car on supports and remove a wheel.
2. Slightly press a pedal of a brake and press it. For this purpose between a pedal and a seat put wooden брусок, having shifted a seat back and then forward. Thus, after a detachment of the brake pipeline it is excluded вытекание a brake liquid from the tank and air hit in system.

3. Disconnect the brake pipeline at connecting муфты. Otherwise it is impossible to disconnect a brake hose at a support. Address to an accompanying illustration.

Thus a liquid quantity can flow out. Collect a liquid in the capacity intended specially for storage of a brake liquid.

4. Turn out bolts of fastening (1) supports and remove a support from a brake disk.

5. Turn out the screw of fastening (4) face key of 5 mm.

6. Remove a brake disk.

Ventilated disks отбалансированы. It is not necessary to take out or displace balancing скобы on internal diameter of a brake disk.

Installation

For maintenance of uniform braking of both wheels brake disks should have a surface with an identical roughness. Therefore necessarily replace or pierce both disks.
On HUNDRED brake disk it is checked on palpation. The maximum palpation of a disk should not exceed the value presented in Specifications (the established disk means).

INSTALLATION

1. Measure a thickness of a brake disk, address to Section Measurement of a thickness of a brake disk.
2. If on a disk and a wheel nave there is a rust, remove it.
3. Clear new disks a nitrothinner.
4. Establish a brake disk on a nave of a forward wheel and fix a face key. Preliminary turn a disk so that apertures under bolts have coincided.
5. Establish into place a support with brake колодками.

If the brake hose is attached, watch to overwinding and to stretch it. Check up freedom of moving of a brake hose at full turn of a steering wheel.

6. Fix a support slightly greased bolts the moment of 110 Nanometers.
7. Establish wheels directly. Fix a hose in the holder and attach the brake pipeline накидной a nut. Watch that the brake hose has not been overwound. Check up freedom of moving of a hose at full turn of a steering wheel.
8. Remove air from brake system, address to Section Removal of air from brake systems.
9. Establish and fix forward wheels. Do not oil fastening bolts. Wheels establish so that the marks put at removal have coincided. Lower the car on wheels, tighten fastening bolts cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
10. Turn a steering wheel to the right and on the left against the stop and check up, whether the brake hose freely moves, without touching for adjacent a design.
11.

Some times strongly press a brake pedal so that resistance was felt. Thus brake колодки will nestle on a disk and will occupy the working position.

12. Check up level of a brake liquid in the tank. If necessary add it to mark MAX.
Attention, check up reliability:
   a) whether brake hoses Are fixed?
   b) whether the brake hose in the holder Is fixed?
   c) whether Will tighten the union of removal of air?
   d) whether Enough a brake liquid in the tank?
   e) On the working engine check up tightness of system. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake effort 200 - 300 Н (20 - 30 kg) and hold it during 10 with. The effort of pressure of a pedal of a brake to a foot should not weaken.
   f) Check up all connections on tightness.

The brake liquid should be utilised in special way.
