Removal and starter installation

The starter is sideways, at a plane of connection of the block of cylinders and a check point.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the storage battery. The battery is located in a luggage carrier behind the right lateral facing.

At a battery detachment records in electronic blocks of memory, in particular, memories of malfunctions of the engine are erased. Address to recommendations Has undressed Removal and installation of the storage battery.

2. Заизолируйте a tape the plug of the cable going to a negative pole of the storage battery to exclude casual contact.

3. Remove back bottom facing of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.

4. Disconnect following wires: 1 - plugs 30 from a positive pole of the storage battery; 2 - plugs 50 from the ignition switch.

Mark a lining of wires not to be mistaken at assemblage.

5. Turn out bolts of fastening of a starter from outside a check point by means of the extension piece.

6. Take out a starter.

INSTALLATION

1. Check up a gear wheel of a drive of a starter and a gear wreath of a flywheel. Address to an accompanying illustration.

2. Establish a starter and fix bolts of fastening by the moment of 50 Nanometers.

3. Fix a wire at the plug 30 moment of 10 Nanometers, at the plug 50 moment of 5 Nanometers.

Wires lay according to the marks put at a detachment. Watch that they did not fray about adjacent designs.

4. Establish back bottom facing of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.

5. Attach a weight cable to the storage battery. Establish hours, program radio receiver stations.
