Replacement of brake pipelines

At work with pipelines it is necessary to watch to damaging a plastic covering. Pipelines are delivered, as a rule, without trailer armature. At replacement of pipelines it is necessary to pay attention to diameter of a connecting carving. Put on a pipe the union and развальцуйте the pipe end. Pay attention to execution развальцованного of the end.

At pipe bending use an old pipe as the sample.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift and establish the car on supports.
2. Slightly press a pedal of a brake and press it. For this purpose insert between a seat and a pedal wooden брусок, having moved up and having removed a seat. It excludes вытекание liquids from the tank and hit in system of air after a pipeline detachment
3. Turn on накидную a nut and disconnect the pipeline.
4. If it is necessary, close a stopper joining in a direction of the main brake cylinder.
5. The new pipeline lay on a line of the old. Nakidnuju nut М12 tighten the moment of 15 Nanometers, М10 the moment of 20 Nanometers.

Do not lay brake pipelines between electric wires. It can lead retyranny and to failure or the pipeline, or an electric wire. The distance between brake pipelines and electric wires should be not less than 25 mm.

6. Remove air from hydrosystem, address to Section Removal of air from brake system.
Attention, check up reliability:
   a) whether brake hoses Are fixed?
   b) whether the brake hose in the holder Is fixed?
   c) whether Will tighten the union of removal of air?
   d) whether Enough a brake liquid in the tank?
   e) On the working engine check up tightness of system. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake effort 200 - 300 Н (20 - 30 kg) and hold it during 10 with. The effort of pressure of a pedal of a brake to a foot should not weaken.
   f) Check up all connections on tightness.

The brake liquid is necessary for utilising in special way.
