Removal of air from brake system

After each repair of brake system at which the system was opened, air can get to it. After that it is necessary to remove air from system. A sign of presence of air in system is decrease in brake pressure. In this case it is necessary to eliminate негерметичность systems and to remove from it air.

Air from system leaves качательными movements of a brake pedal. The help of the assistant is for this purpose necessary.

On HUNDRED the special device is applied to removal of air from system, as a rule. By means of the specified device in system through the tank of a brake liquid it is created superfluous pressure in 2.0 bar.

If it is necessary to remove air from all system air leaves separately from each wheel. It is necessary to do it when air has got to each wheel cylinder. If one support was under repair or replaced only, it is enough to remove air from the concrete cylinder, as a rule.

Sequence of removal of air the following:
   -   Support the back right
   -   Support the back left
   -   Support the forward right
   -   Cуппорт the forward left

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a protective cap from the union of prorolling of air of the brake cylinder. Clear the union, put on it a pure hose. Other end lower in the capacity half filled with a brake liquid.
2. Ask the assistant to press a pedal of a brake so much time, how many it is necessary for creation in pressure system. Pressure in system is felt on increase of resistance of a pedal.
3. Having created necessary pressure, press a pedal to a floor. Do not release a pedal.

4. A nakidnym key turn away the union of removal of air approximately on one turn. Collect a following liquid in capacity. Watch that the hose end constantly was in a liquid. Address to an accompanying illustration.

5. After weakening of pressure of a liquid close the union.
6. Repeat качания pedals that pressure again was created. Again press a pedal. Open the union so that pressure has fallen. Close the union.
7. Repeat the described process on each brake cylinder until the liquid following in capacity will not contain air vials.
8. After removal from air system remove a hose, close the union and put on it a protective cap.

In the course of air removal observe of the tank of a brake liquid. Liquid level should not go down strongly, differently air can get to system.

Add in system only a new brake liquid.

9. Similarly remove air from other brake cylinders.

10. After air removal add a brake liquid in the tank to a mark “MAX”. Check up a condition of a sealing lining of a cover.
Attention, check up reliability:
   a) whether brake hoses Are fixed?
   b) whether the brake hose in the holder Is fixed?
   c) whether Will tighten the union of removal of air?
   d) whether Enough a brake liquid in the tank?
   e) On the working engine check up tightness of system. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake effort 200 - 300 Н (20 - 30 kg) and hold it during 10 with. The effort of pressure of a pedal of a brake to a foot should not weaken.
   f) Check up all connections on tightness.

11. After removal of air from system the brake pedal should not be pressed through by pressing it. If it occurs, again carry out procedure of removal of air from system.


The brake liquid is necessary for utilising in special way.
