Check of directing valves

At carrying out of repair of a head of the cylinders having not tight valves, there is enough processing of valves and saddles or their replacement. Besides, it is necessarily necessary to check up deterioration of directing valves. Especially it is necessary for executing on engines with the big service life. The worn out directing exclude correct landing of valves of m cause the raised expense of oil. At too big deterioration it is necessary directing to replace on new (work HUNDRED).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the valve.
2. Remove adjournment on the directing.
3. Insert the new valve from outside combustion chambers. The core end should be closed by the directing.

4. Check up a backlash in interface, having shaken the valve.

5. For check of size of a backlash put to the valve the indicator or a steel ruler. The maximum backlash should not exceed 0.5 mm.
6. If a backlash more, develop directing and establish repair valves with the big diameter of a core (work HUNDRED).


If the directing was replaced or developed, it is necessary to process a valve saddle.
