3. Remove РКПП, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.
4. Lower the car on wheels.
5. Remove the air filter with a measuring instrument of weight of air, address to Section Removal and installation of the case of the air filter and a measuring instrument of weight of air.
6. Remove the fan, address to Section Removal and installation of the fan and муфты the fan.
7. Remove клиновой a belt, address to Section Removal, installation and a tension клинового a belt.
8. Merge cooling liquid, address to Section Replacement of a liquid of system of cooling. Check of frost resistance of a cooler. Visual check of system of cooling.
9. Remove a radiator, address to Section Removal and radiator installation.

10. Remove spark plugs, address to corresponding section Check and replacement of spark plugs.

11. Remove hoses of a cooling liquid from the heater and heater crane, having opened preliminary collars. Address to an accompanying illustration.

12. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection, having pressed wire clips. Address to an accompanying illustration. 1 - the temperature gauge, 2 - the remote thermometer, 3 - the gauge of the relay of pressure of oil, 4 - the valve of adjustment of idling.

13. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection under the inlet pipeline. An arrangement of tips, looking in front, the following (address to an accompanying illustration): the tip 1 - the detonation gauge (is closed), 2 - the pulse gauge of a cranked shaft, 3 - the gauge of recognition of the cylinder.

14. Disconnect a cable from the generator and a starter, address also to Sections Removal and installation of the generator and Removal and starter installation.

15. Disconnect a plait of a cable at the block of cylinders, having turned away bolts, and take him aside. (Address to an accompanying illustration)

16. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel and take him aside, without disconnecting hoses. Address to an accompanying illustration.

If a hydroseeing-off after installation it is necessary to remove air from system open, address to Section Check of level of a liquid Systems of hydrostrengthening of a wheel.

17. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of the tank of the hydraulic booster and fix it aside a wire. Address to an accompanying illustration.

18. Cars with the conditioner: Turn away bolts of fastening of the compressor of cooling and take him aside with the attached hoses.

At all it is not necessary to open a contour of cooling of the conditioner, since. The cooling liquid is poisonous and at its hit on a skin can cause a burn. Address to an accompanying illustration.

19. Застропьте the engine. For this purpose a cable or a chain assign load-lifting eyes of the engine. Slightly raise the engine the shop crane. Address to an accompanying illustration.

20. Turn away a nut of fastening of the left and right support of the engine, and also disconnect from the engine a weight cable (the right arrow on an accompanying illustration) at the right support.

21. Check up, whether all hoses and the wires going from the engine to a body are disconnected. After that take out the engine the shop crane.

At engine lifting watch its direction to exclude damages at a contact with adjacent designs.

22. It is not necessary to hold more the removed engine of 10 mines turned, since. Oil in this case follows from jacks of backlashes of valves that can lead to their exit out of operation. If it is necessary to turn the engine, remove jacks.

1. Check up engine support, hoses of a cooling liquid and oil on presence of a time and damages. If it is necessary, replace them.
2. Check up ease of a course of radial ball-bearings in cranked to a shaft and the bearing of deenergizing of coupling, and also the lever of deenergizing of coupling.
3. Check up, whether the thickness of overlays of a conducted disk of coupling, and also a condition of overlays is sufficient. At the big term of operation of coupling it is expedient to replace it.
4. Cautiously enter the engine into an impellent compartment. At lowering watch an engine direction to exclude damages of a primary shaft of a check point, couplings and bodies.
5. Screw nuts of fastening of support of the engine, without tightening them.
6. Lift and establish the car on supports.
7. Establish РКПП, address to Section Removal and installation РКПП and АТ.
8. Lower the car on wheels.
9. Shake the engine for its self-installation. After that tighten nuts of fastening of support the moment of 45 Nanometers. Fix a weight cable on the right beam.

Fastening of support and holders of the engine is carried out by following moments: Carving М8 the moment of 25 Nanometers, carving М10 the moment of 45 Nanometers.

10. If the cooling compressor acted in film, fix it.
11. Fix the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel, address to Section hydropump Fastening.
12. Put on and pull клиновой a belt, address to Section Removal, installation and a tension клинового a belt. 13. Join штекерные connections of the gauge of recognition of the cylinder and pulse gauge DME of a flywheel. Join штекерные connections of the gauge of temperature, the remote thermometer, the gauge of the index of pressure of oil and the valve of adjustment of idling, address to subsection "Removal".
14. Establish the inlet pipeline, address to Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.
15. Attach to a head of cylinders all electric wires, vacuum hoses and hoses of a cooling liquid and fuel hoses according to marks. Fix hoses and electric wires collars.
16. Establish on a head of cylinders штекерную a lath and fix it.
17. Establish spark plugs.
18. Establish a cover of air intake and fix its screws, address to Section Removal and installation of a drive of a screen wiper/cover.
19. Fix on the generator electric wires, address to Section Removal and generator installation.
20. Fix a generator cover.
21. Check up filtering element of the air filter. If necessary beat out it or replace, address to Section Removal and installation of the case of the air filter and a measuring instrument of weight of air.
22. Put on hoses of a cooling liquid the crane of a heater and fix their collars.
23. Establish a radiator, address to Section Removal and radiator installation.
24. Establish the fan, address to Section Removal and installation of the fan and муфты the fan.
25. Establish a cowl, address to Section Removal and cowl installation.
26. Check up the antifreeze maintenance in a cooling liquid and fill in it in system.
27. Check up oil level in the engine and РКПП. If necessary add oil.
28. Attach a weight cable to the storage battery. Establish hours. Program radio receiver radio stations.
29. Start the engine and warm up it to working temperature. Check up level of a cooling liquid. Check up tightness of all connections.
30. Fix the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.
