With increase in speed of the car intervals of work of a screen wiper decrease.
At will the automatic interval operating mode can be established. Device AIC (Automatic control of intervals) has the rain gauge and operates intervals depending on humidity of a windscreen. The rain gauge measures humidity of a windscreen at the expense of reflexion of the infra-red light radiated by the light diode. Dry glass completely reflects infra-red light, damp reflects partially.
