1. Turn out a bolt (1) from each loop by means of a head of 10 mm. Address to an accompanying illustration.
2. Wring out sideways a screw-driver a stopper (2) from an axis (3).
3. Beat out upward оправкой an axis (3) door brakes.

4. Remove a door from loops and put it on a support. The support height should be such to exclude a tension of electric wires.

Do not damage a paint and varnish covering of a door and a forward wall. For protection of their surfaces it is possible to stick with a tape.

5. Disconnect the holder of the tip (an arrow on an accompanying illustration). Расстыкуйте штекерное connection.

6. Lift колодку. Thus, штекерное connection undocks.

1. Join штекерное connection and fix it. Insert connection into a door rack. Fix the holder.

2. Put a door on the top and bottom loops. The assistant for this purpose is required. The door an axis (3) goes. By means of washers (5) it is possible to adjust door position on height. At installation of an old door adjustment, as a rule, is not required.
3. Screw in each loop a bolt (1).

3 — a loop axis
4 — a door loop top
5 — a washer
6 — a lock washer

4. By means of a hammer insert an axis of a door brake and застопорьте it.
5. Close a door and check up uniformity of a backlash between a door and a body. If a backlash non-uniform, ослабьте bolts of fastening of loops also adjust door height the top bolts.

At installation of a new door under a loop the remote washers are established, allowing to displace a door outside and inside.

The door should be levelled to (drive) only complete with hinged details, such as стеклоподъемник, has flown down etc. as the characteristic of displacement of a door depends on weight. At adjustment remove door consolidations. If forward and back doors have been removed, at first level a back door, then a lobby.

6. Ослабьте a bolt-1 запорного a finger on a rack In by means of key TORX, and ослабьте a bolt-2 so that запорный the wedge could be shifted. Do not change position запорного a wedge-3 on depth.

7. Raise and keep the door handle. Close a door, the height and an inclination запорного a wedge thereby is regulated.

To a direction запорного a wedge in a workshop it is applied щуп.

8. Cautiously open a door and tighten bolts with effort of 30 Nanometers.
